On October 28, 2021 at 9:30 am the VIA is sponsoring a Car Rally that will be cruising Sussex County in search of specific locations (interesting, for sure!) All participants will be given a raffle ticket to participate in the drawing of a “Delaware Premium 4-Digit tag”, so consider joining us.
Additional Raffle tickets are available for purchase. One need not participate to purchase.
All tickets must be purchased by October 26, 2021. Need not be present to win.
Tickets will only be refunded if the event quota is not met and needs to be canceled.

Fee for changing your present plate to new plate: $55.

Instead of the blue plate, the winner may request a sought-after “Black and White Porcelain” or “Stainless Steel” Plate for an additional fee.
