Welcome to the Rehoboth Beach VIA!

Home Life

Home Life provides opportunities and resources to meet and address health and social needs that impact the community in some way. Areas of concern include health issues and health problems, exercise and healthy lifestyles, homelessness, feeding the hungry, clothing the poor, supporting child care services, providing assistance to disadvantaged new mothers, and supporting a variety of local community services for disadvantaged persons and the needy. Members work as volunteers, give generously to support the Home Life causes, and conduct fundraising activities. Programs that the VIA has supported include Harry K Baby Pantry, West Side New Beginnings, Canine Companions, Community Resource Center, Therapeutic Horseback Riding, Cancer Support Community, Casa San Francisco and Crisis House, Cape Henlopen Food Basket, Hospice Care, Habitat for Humanity, Immanuel Emergency Shelter, Senior Centers and Nursing Homes, Soup Kitchens and Thrift Shops, to name a few.
