The final Art exhibit in the series that has been presented this year by the Village Improvement Association at the Rehoboth Beach Public Library will open on Thursday, November 30.   The artists represented are from a workshop group that meets regularly at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at University of Delaware in Lewes (OLLI).

The concept for this exhibit was the brain child of the VIA Arts Chairman, Faith Duncan, who was looking for an idea that would promote reading as well as art.  In addition to increasing awareness of the Library and its offerings, each of the exhibits has been planned to draw attention to an active group within the community.  Exhibits have been presented by the Rehoboth Art League, the Camera Club, the Rehoboth Elementary School, VIA members, and the Ocean Waves Quilt Group.  This final exhibit focuses on the seniors in our community and OLLI.

The public is encouraged to attend this innovative exhibit and the preceding reception.  Admission is free.  Hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. except on Tuesday when the exhibit is open from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
